Rules and Regulations

It is the responsibility of each vendor to be sure he is working within the guidelines and according to the rules and regulations set forth by the: Ohio Dept. of Taxation, Ohio Dept. of Health and all other governmental agencies and authorities.

1. Vendors can show up day of without reservation and be given a space first come first serve. Reservations are suggested due to limited space. Spaces are held by reservation until 8:30am day of market.

2. A member of RIVERFRONT management will be around after opening to collect money for space. No checks or credit cards will be accepted. Have exact change ready.

3. Vendors are required to be set-up until 2:30pm.

4. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their own space at the end of the day. All trash is to be bagged and put into dumpsters. All boxes must be broken down!

5. Absolutely no fireworks, liquor, drug paraphernalia, or pornographic material is to be sold at this market.

6. Subletting of spots is prohibited.

7. No soliciting or walking sales.

8. RIVERFRONT management reserves the right to decide appropriate volume levels.

9. All vendors must keep their displays out of walkways and driveways.

10. Vendors must not drive stakes, nails, etc… into pavement.

11. Use of obscene language will not be tolerated .

12. No Food Concessions without the approval of management.

13. Set-up is between 6:30am and 8:00am day of market.

14. Vendors can set up their tents/canopies the night before, if they have pre-registered, before 8pm. Vendors need to check in with front desk before setting up to locate their reserved space.

15. All vendor pets must be contained at vehicle and kept away from the public.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING A SPACE?
BY PHONE:

1. Call (330) 339-4448 Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm and ask for Jason Johnson .

2. Email marketing@riverfrontantiquemalls.com to reserve a space.

3. No telephone reservations taken on Friday before market.

IN PERSON:

1. Mall office Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm ask for Jason Johnson.

Please bring your own tables and change. The mall cannot provide change to all vendors.
